In 2019, I participated in the International Chief Happiness Officer Academy, where I was blown away about happiness@work and found my "next calling in life".

In 2020, when I learned that UPPINESS had developed an exciting game for organizations, I decided to become a Qualified Upper.

The Uppiness Game is an interactive and fun online game that boosts happiness at work, by enabling participants to learn tools and solutions from the sciences of happiness at work and positive psychology.​

Improve a team’s ability to solve actual workplace challenges.

After finishing the Gateway Program at the Global Team Coaching Institute in 2021, I decided to continue a Practitioner Program about Systemic Team Coaching. In the beginning of 2023, I became a “Certified Practitioner in Team Coaching”.

Team Coaching explores issues that relate to collective performance, enabling to recognise and manage a team‘s internal dynamics and how it interacts with its stakeholders.

To help a team work more effectively for a shared purpose.

The aim is to help companies find, build, and strengthen their vision.
